We are human and have a lot of emotions that live inside us. Have you ever thought about why these emotions play with us? Because we allow them to hurt us. our brain is playing with us and we need to control it.

Just think in a way that does these emotions matter to us? Ask yourself why it is so important for us to cry for someone who doesn’t care about us? people who hurt us. people who never apologized for what they did to us. when we were crying, while they were laughing and enjoying their life.

You have your answers but ‘’you don’t want to hear it’’. Cry loud as much as you can. speak out your anger and say whatever you want to. Relief your self from all the burdens you are carrying on your stress full mind for a very long time. Remember you have a ‘’wonderful life’’ and ‘’yes’’ you can start a new beginning with a positive approach.

BEST POSSIBLE WAYS TO HEAL YOURSELF

‘’Learn from your past and start a new chapter of your life’’.

we all have seen difficult phases in the relationship and life on different paths. I would say Remember the mistakes you did in your past and learn from it. It is hard to forget that once someone was your life. But don’t forget why you are not together. So nothing is impossible which you can’t do. Forgetting someone is a long process and we all have to go through this.

You can’t achieve it in one day but you can achieve it in months. As time passes the amount of anxiety and pain will start vanishing from your life. You will learn and understand the new meaning of life. You will start seeing things differently and that’s where your maturity comes and tells you that everything is fine and you are ready to start a new journey of your life. New opportunities are waiting for you and you just need to step out from the web of bad hurtful memories. once you step ou then the magic will begin. And don’t forget to say ‘’THANK YOU’’ to yourself later.

2. ‘’Do meditation in your style’’

I wouldn’t recommend doing meditation if you can’t do. Meditation can be in many forms as you like. There is always a thing to do you like the most. For eg: I love singing, so this could be my meditation which helps me to heal my self and makes me a better human being. You need to find about yourself that what is the thing which keeps you busy or feels you better and it could be anything.

‘’Your one small step can lead you to a successful path’’.

When we feel that our life is destroyed or we are damaged too much that we can’t even think to do anything.

please note:- ‘’you are hurt broken but not dead’’.

you can do things because ‘’you are not paralyzed’’ and nothing is finished. It is up to you how you approach life.

3. ‘’Learn to forgive, do it for yourself’’

There are some sins that nobody wants to forgive and forget. But if we can’t forgive then we will punish ourselves for the whole life. So do it for yourself and don’t expect that someday the person will come to you and say ‘’sorry’’.

people who realize the guilt and say ‘’sorry’’ then just ‘’forgive them’’ and don’t expect that they will change. If they want to they will change. Otherwise, they will not change at all. It is not an easy task to do but if you can then you are ready to free yourself and start a new journey. Memories last but stay with the good one or make good ones. spread positivity around you. Be with the people who want to be with you.

4. ‘’Learn to accept and love yourself’’

Nobody is perfect but imperfection makes you perfect. Each person has something which makes him special. Before loving others ‘’you need to love and accept yourself for being you’’. We all have negative and positive habits. If you think that there are things which you can think of to change then do it. you will grow but don’t change for others. Do it for yourself to grow better in this world. Try to do a positive change and then see things will change too in a positive way.
